Penfold is having a grumpy day. He didn't sleep well, his favourite ball keeps going in places he cannot reach, Mossop keeps trying to eat his food and to top it all, his favourite TV show has been replaced with one about cats!
Penfold has a day where nothing seems to go right and he is grumpy. However, by seeing the good things that happen in among the bad things, Penfold gets over his grumpy day.

Return Policy: Your statutory rights will be honoured. This means that because you have purchased online, you have the right to cancel the contract which you can do by sending an email to penfoldandmossop@outlook.com and return any items purchased within 14 days of the date of delivery. However, where you wish to exercise your rights and return any books purchased, then we do require you to pay the return postage.

If the item is faulty then we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible after delivery and at our option we may replace the item or issue a refund.
