Return Policy: Your statutory rights will be honoured. This means that because you have purchased online, you have the right to cancel the contract which you can do by sending an email to penfoldandmossop@outlook.com and return any items purchased within 14 days of the date of delivery. However, where you wish to exercise your rights and return any books purchased, then we do require you to pay the return postage.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns after that time period in circumstances where you have changed your mind. If the item is faulty then we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible after delivery and at our option we may replace the item or issue a refund. To help us make the right decision we might ask you to send us photos or return the item so we can inspect it. Please read the terms and conditions carefully - there is a specific postal address to be used for returns.
